ABOUT
Behind RXM Co.
Founded by a Markets-First Operator

RXM Co. was founded by Richard Meister, a 30-year Wall Street veteran with deep roots in global energy markets and risk management. Rich began his career on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), where he spent more than 2 decades as a distillate trader and trading floor manager before serving as President and Lead Distillate Trader at DBC INC, the largest Independent NYMEX-based brokerage, where he specialized in price discovery, futures, swaps, and multi-leg spread hedging strategies for institutional portfolios.
Over time, Rich’s work expanded beyond trading into energy procurement, risk management, and strategic advisory, where he helped design and implement hedging, procurement, and supply models that have since become industry standard practices. His career has focused on structuring repeatable frameworks that reduce volatility, align financial risk with operational realities, and scale across complex energy portfolios. Most recently, Rich serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Sunlight Energy Group, advising diverse-scaled clients on energy procurement and market strategy. He previously sat on the Board of Directors and the Nominations & Governance Committee at Twenty20 Energy, contributing strategic and governance oversight—experience that directly informed the founding and structure of RXM Co.

Biofuels Waste & Feedstock Specialist
Blair Shrewsbury
With 12 years of experience exclusively in the biofuels industry, Blair has recently managed low CI feedstock procurement at Neste, the largest RD Producer in the world and then aggregated and traded these same waste streams at Saint Paul Commodities where she worked closer with UCO suppliers nationally and helped turn regulatory chaos into opportunity in new regulatory markets.
At RXM she will bring a decade of knowledge from brokering RIN and LCFS credits, to managing logistics of aggregation of Used Cooking oil and recognizing the gaps of information that feedstock producers need to increase the value of their supply and partake in the full possible value of their product.

Communications & Strategy
Sydney Meister
With nearly a decade of experience as a reporter and strategist, Sydney has helped organizations interpret policy, emerging issues, and market shifts—translating complexity into clear, actionable insights. Her work spans industries and audiences, with a focus on identifying inflection points and helping clients respond to shifting regulatory and commercial landscapes.

At RXM, Sydney leads strategic communications and market education, developing materials that help clients navigate evolving low-carbon fuel markets. She distills macro trends into structured frameworks—producing proposals, presentations, and strategies that sharpen messaging, align stakeholders, and drive measurable results.
RXM Co. operates as both a brokerage and an advisory, supported by a network of seasoned experts across energy, finance, and sustainability. Rather than building around individual personalities, RXM is built around domain expertise—assembled to support scalable, risk-managed renewable fuel markets.
Opportunity is created through structure, liquidity, and market participation—not gatekeeping. We built RXM Co. on the belief that sustainability will only scale when new market participants are invited in. By introducing benchmark pricing, clear trading models and risk management tools, our goal is to turn renewable fuels into an accessible commodity market for suppliers, refiners, buyers and traders alike."
